Today, I’m going to be talking about Snagshout, one of the best tools out there for helping sellers to maximize their sales on Amazon and, for customers to get hold of the bargain – and even free – products quickly and easily.
Snagshout is an online tool for Amazon customers and merchants and has some fantastic features to help you on your way.

For Customers: how to snag discounted deals?
First things first, in order to take advantage of Snagshout’s bargains, you’ll need to have an Amazon account.
- Head on over to Snagshout.com
- Click onto ‘Sign Up’ in the top right-hand corner
- Enter your details as instructed
- Verify your email address
If you don’t already have one, these are really quick and easy to set up. Once you have your account details handy, here’s how to get on board with Snagshout:
Once you’re all signed up, you can browse discounted products as well as search for free products to review.
You can select a product by clicking onto the ‘Snag It’ button on the product page. You’ll then be given a discount code.
Next, go shopping on Amazon.com as you normally would. When you reach the checkout, enter your Snagshout code and pay the full price for your product.
Once you’ve completed your order on Amazon, go to Orders and click onto ‘Manage Order / Confirm Order’ and forward the Amazon confirmation email to Snagshout in order to process your cashback.
Note – you only have one hour in which to forward the email or, you won’t get your cashback.
Once you’ve successfully completed all of the above, your cashback will be whizzing into your Paypal account within 30 days of the completed order.
For Sellers: how to launch product promotion
Getting started as a Snagshout seller is relatively straightforward – and you get a free 7-day trial.
As with the customer option, you need to begin by opening an account and, you’ll need an Amazon account in order to do this.
- Go to Snagshout.com
- Click onto ‘Merchant’ in the top left-hand corner
- Click onto ‘Get Started For Free
- Fill in your details, including your status (ie absolute beginner)
- Fill in your payment details
- Verify your email
Once your business account is all set up, you can start listing your products as follows:
- From your dashboard, click onto the ‘New Campaign’ button
- Select ‘Snagshout Campaign’
- Choose the product listing that you want in your campaign
- Enter a full product description, including a compelling selling point
- Decide on your discount
- Set your campaign’s start and end dates
- Select your coupon code type
- Set up an email follow up if you wish to do so
- Set up Keyword Boost if you wish to do so
- Click onto ‘Save & Publish’
You’ll shortly receive notification from Snagshout that your campaign has gone live.
You can now monitor the progress of your new campaign through your Snagshout dashboard.
Snagshout has three separate price plans for sellers and, these are as follows:
- Pro Plan – $99 per month
- Elite Plan – $199 per month
- Ultra Plan – $499 per month
As you can see, not all of Snagshout’s features are available with the cheaper plans – although these are still pretty good for those just getting started with Snagshout.
You can start with a free 7-day trial first, and then go for a monthly plan that suits your needs.
Snagshout is absolutely a legitimate way of gaining customer reviews.
I realize that there are sites out there whereby you can, essentially, ‘buy’ positive reviews but, that’s not the case here.
With Snagshout, customers are paying for your products at a discount usually as well as getting the occasional free product.
The site will encourage customers to leave reviews but it is not mandatory, so it will not violate Amazon TOS compliant.
Unlike some scam review sites, the customer is under no obligation to leave a positive review and, is free to review your products as they see fit.
So, is it any good?
There’s really no such thing as the ‘perfect platform’ for Amazon sellers and, like most, Snagshout has its good points and its bad points – here are some of them:
So, to answer the question, Snagshout is most definitely not a scam.
Whether you’re a customer or a seller, there are some things you need to know to make sure that you’re getting the best out of the site but, I can assure you that Snagshout is completely legit and above board.
Here are some of those things you need to know before committing to Snagshout as a seller:
US Only - As I’ve mentioned, Snagshout is, sadly, not yet available in any marketplaces other than Amazon USA. I’m hoping that this will change in the future, however, so I’ll try to keep you posted.
Monthly Subscription - Whichever package you choose, payment for your subscription will be taken every month, regardless of the results you have achieved through the platform.
Discrepancies - On occasion, a shopper will snag a promo code but then fail to complete the order which may cause a discrepancy between snags and orders received.
Reviews - Whether you offer a product for review at a discounted price or completely free, the customer is at liberty to leave a negative review - a positive review is not guaranteed just because you’ve offered an incentive.
Limits - Snagshout has daily limits and resets to make sure that customers have an equal chance of snagging deals. Once your daily limits have been reached, your customers won’t be able to access the deal until the next daily rotation.
Absolutely - If, for whatever reason, Snagshout doesn’t float your boat, there are some really good, legitimate alternatives to this site and, some of these are:

The home of huge discounts, Extreme Rebate is another popular site for sellers to help boost their products with reviews.
One extra benefit of Extremerebate is that you pay per order so you don’t have to worry about budgeting for those monthly subscription fees.
Boasting some of the highest discounts out there, RebateKey allows you to offer free or discounted products across a huge range including kitchenware, electronics, books, jewelry and clothing.
Once purchase the items, buyers will receive their rebates via checks. Although, they are not required to leave reviews on Amazon.
Vipon is a deal sharing site which lets you quickly share your fabulous deals and discount codes from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and more!
This is really handy as you don’t need to go through the process of listing your products a second time.
The thing is, it doesn't require buyers to leave reviews on Amazon. It's up to them.
If it’s reviews you’re after, this may just be the one for you. Savesoo is a brilliant site that lets you list your products.
Next, customers will browse the site and request a product to review; at which point you complete the transaction and get their product out to them.
This is a really good way of getting reviews fast - perfect for the new seller.
Rebaid gives customers the opportunity to buy great products online and receive a discount refund within three days.
For sellers, this is the perfect platform for showcasing special deals and gaining new reviews.
Whether you’re a brand new seller or an Amazon pro, I highly recommend using Snagshout to boost both your sales and reviews.
- With so much competition out there - selling online can be really hard work. Similarly, persuading people to leave reviews for your products can be really frustrating and, at times, impossible. In my opinion, Snagshout is a really good tool to help you get sales and reviews because:
- It is in no way a scam - having completed my 7-day free trial, I’m already able to see the benefits of using the platform in terms of increased sales and some much-needed reviews.
