1. How can you help me to remove negative reviews on Amazon?

AMZFinder monitors all the reviews in your account and matches each review to its order ID. You can find the buyer information by searching the order ID. You are then able to contact the buyer and negotiate on how to deal with the negative review. Please refer to the “How It Works” page for more details.

2. Why do you need my MWS credentials from Amazon?

We request your MWS credentials so that we can get the orders with their API.

3. How much does it cost to use Amazon MWS?

There is no fee associated with Amazon MWS.

4. How do I get the Seller ID and MWS Token?

Once you set up your marketplace you will receive your Seller ID and MWS Token. Please refer to the user guide on our website, click on Help> Get Start> Set Up Your Marketplace.

5. Why do I need to install AMZFinder client?

The AMZFinder client is required to capture data from your Amazon seller central and to continue to accurately match your reviews to orders.

6. Can I install AMZFinder client on my Mac computer?

We are sorry to say that currently only Windows is supported. The Mac client is under development and will be available soon.

7. What should I do if anti-virus software recommends that the download is not safe?

AMZFinder is 100% safe. To solve this issue, you can add AMZFinder to the trust list in your anti-virus software.

8. What marketplaces does AMZFinder supports?

AMZFinder supports multiple marketplaces including North America (US, CA), Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES), Japan and India.

9. Why is it that some reviews cannot be matched with their orders?

The order cannot be found in the system if the buyer leaves a review without purchasing the product on your store.

10. Can I cancel my subscription at any time and are refunds available?

We use a monthly-paid model. You can cancel the subscription at any time, which will take effect immediately. Your account will automatically stop renewing from the next deduction date, but you can continue to use the subscription before that date.

11. Does AMZFinder violate Amazon’s rules? Will Amazon ban my account?

Absolutely not. AMZFinder operates safely within Amazon’s policies and rules. You can rest assured when you use the client.

12. What forms of payments do you support?

Credit card is supported.

13. Can I upgrade the client for free?

Of course. We’ll develop more user-friendly functions for AMZFinder based on our users’ needs. Our users can upgrade AMZFinder for free and enjoy all the new functions that are introduced.
