The short answer: the best Teikametrics alternative depends on what your bill should do when your ad spend grows. Scale Insights charges $78/month for five automated ASINs, priced by ASIN count, not spend. Ad Badger prices by ad-spend band but keeps each band flat, from $275/month under $5K. Seller Labs Ad Genius prices on your Amazon revenue and is free for your first $30,000 in Amazon sales. Helium 10 Ads is included in Diamond at $279/month annually, with a 2% fee only above $20K of monthly PPC spend. Perpetua publishes $695/month up to $10K in spend, then adds a percentage — the same structure Teikametrics uses. Amazon’s own Campaign Manager charges no platform fee. All vendor pricing below was checked on 2026-07-28.
What Teikametrics actually costs in 2026
Teikametrics publishes numbers, which puts it ahead of Quartile and Trellis , both of which publish none. The problem is not the headline price but the second line item.
| Teikametrics plan | Ad spend band | Published price | Support level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Up to $10K/mo | $149/mo annual, $179/mo monthly | |
| Advanced | Over $10K/mo | Custom, +3% of ad spend over $10K | Priority |
| Enterprise | Over $100K/mo | Custom, +3% of ad spend over $10K | Dedicated account team |
Source: teikametrics.com/pricing, data checked 2026-07-28. All three tiers include what Teikametrics calls the ARI strategic suite — Ads, Catalog, Inventory, Insights — plus Refunds Recovery; Advanced and Enterprise add Amazon DSP, Walmart Onsite Display, and Amazon Marketing Cloud.
The structural issue: above $10K a month, Teikametrics’ fee is a percentage of a number its own algorithm decides. Spend $30K and the 3% override alone is $600/month on top of the custom base. Every tool below changes that arithmetic.
Why sellers look for a Teikametrics alternative
We read Teikametrics’ public reviews for this page — Trustpilot posts spanning 2022 to mid-2026. These are third-party accounts, not our own benchmark, and any ad platform accumulates unhappy exits. Three complaints recur often enough to build a shortlist around.
1. The percentage keeps running after you cancel
The most specific complaint concerns what happens at the exit. A 2-star reviewer wrote on 2026-01-30: “Even after cancellation, Teikametrics charges 3 percent of your ad spend if it exceeds 10k monthly. The only way to stop this is to completely disconnect your Amazon account from their platform. They do not explain this during cancellation.” (Trustpilot, verbatim.)
Two halves of that claim need separating. The 3% override is documented on Teikametrics’ own pricing page — not a hidden fee. What the page does not address, as of 2026-07-28, is how or when the override stops after cancellation; it carries no cancellation instructions at all. That gap is the reviewer’s grievance, and we could not verify their account either way.
Billing friction is a separate thread. A 1-star reviewer on 2026-03-18 wrote that Teikametrics “keeps taking your money despite us having cancelled the subscription, they have your card details saved and even after cancellation they charged us twice over 2 months! refunds took 2 weeks where they keep kicking it back and forth, very inefficient” (Trustpilot, verbatim).
2. Support is a bot, and account managers rotate
A 2-star reviewer on 2025-11-12 was blunt: “Demanding a human to answer instead ALSO gives you AI generated answers, but signed by a human who pretends to have written them.” On 2025-10-26 a 1-star reviewer wrote: “Been a customer for over 10 years, but its gone downhill in a hurry. For the 2nd time i find out my account manager has left the company after weeks of no response.” (Both Trustpilot, verbatim.) An agency reviewer on 2025-05-12 said their signing account manager left on day one of onboarding.
This matters more here than elsewhere: on Advanced and Enterprise the account team is part of what the 3% buys.
3. Spend guardrails did not hold
A 1-star reviewer on 2024-09-12, testing the trial, reported: “After confirming with their support team, there are NO limits to Flywheel 2.0 spending except the daily limit in Amazon”, after the automation added roughly $2,400 of ad spend with no sales lift. Another 1-star reviewer on 2025-12-22 wrote that “Our overall ACOS went from 15% to 40% under Teikametrics!” The agency reviewer above reported “some accounts experiencing as much as a 500% increase in ACOS overnight” across five managed brands. (All Trustpilot, verbatim.)
The picture is not uniformly bad. A 3-star reviewer in 2022 wrote that “Teikametrics Flywheel 1.0 was a great tool. It saved me a lot of money, and optimized my Amazon campaigns.” before switching; a 2025 DSP user praised the goal-setting flow but noted “there is a 2 days delay with the data. I cant see real time.” (Both Trustpilot, verbatim.)
The 6 best Teikametrics alternatives
1. Scale Insights — a price that ignores your ad spend entirely
Scale Insights prices by automated ASINs, not by spend or revenue: $78/month for 5, $178 for 20, $388 for 50, $688 for 100, with roughly 20% off on annual billing (checked 2026-07-28). Double your ad budget and the invoice does not move. An optional 1% of ad spend plan covers unlimited ASINs — the one place the percentage model reappears, and here it is a choice.
It answers the guardrail complaint too. The platform is rule-based rather than goal-based: 11 algorithm types (bidding, dayparting, placement, negative, revive, harvest and more) across a stated 200+ parameters, with a preview of pending changes and step-by-step calculations. Its pricing FAQ states no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and no contracts.
2. Ad Badger — banded pricing with a hard ceiling per band
Ad Badger also prices around ad spend, but as flat fees per band rather than a running percentage: $275/month under $5K of monthly ad spend, $440 up to $25K, $660 up to $75K, $920 up to $225K, $1,375 up to $750K, and $1,830 up to $1.5M, with longer billing cycles discounted (checked 2026-07-28). Within a band, spending more costs nothing extra.
Compare the shapes at $30K of monthly spend: Ad Badger is $660 flat, Teikametrics Advanced a custom base plus $600 in override alone. The software covers daily revenue-per-click bidding to a target ACoS, a dayparting scheduler with hourly data, search-term harvesting, n-gram root word analysis, and negative keyword automation. Ad Badger also sells managed PPC and coaching separately — a different answer to the support complaint than a chatbot.
3. Seller Labs Ad Genius — free until you are a real business
Seller Labs changes the pricing axis: your plan is set by last month’s Amazon revenue. The pricing page promises “no Ad spend limit”; the Ad Genius page adds “no ad spend costs”. Plans are “free for your first $30,000 in Amazon sales while using Seller Labs”, with a 14-day trial, no credit card, and no contracts (sellerlabs.com/pricing, checked 2026-07-28). Note the wording: Seller Labs never calls the $30,000 monthly, so confirm which reading applies to you. Higher bands are priced through a selector we could not capture from the published page.
Ad Genius is the lightest tool here — campaign management, bid adjustment, suggestions ranked by confidence and importance that you approve manually or hand to an automation, plus a heatmap for ad scheduling. For a seller inside that free band, leaving over the bill rather than the features, it is the cheapest place to land.
4. Helium 10 Ads — if the suite is already on your card
Helium 10 bundles ad automation into its Diamond plan at $279/month billed yearly or $359/month billed monthly; Platinum is $99/$129 but does not include Ads (helium10.com/pricing, checked 2026-07-28). Its pricing FAQ states that for Diamond and Elite members Helium 10 Ads is included at no extra cost, and that “A 2% fee is assessed only on any PPC spend exceeding $20K each month.”
Read that threshold carefully: Helium 10’s own comparison table states the 2% fee without repeating the $20K floor. That makes the crossover concrete — at $15K of monthly spend, Diamond is $279 all-in while Teikametrics Advanced adds $150 of override to a custom base. Diamond also includes 5 user logins and 10 connected seller accounts, against Platinum’s 1 and 2. For the research half of the suite, see our Helium 10 alternatives breakdown.
5. Perpetua — more platform, same fee shape
Perpetua publishes Essentials at $695/month up to $10K in monthly ad spend, Growth at $695/month plus a percentage of ad spend above $10K, and Premium custom above $500K (checked 2026-07-28). The percentage is not published.
Include it with eyes open: Perpetua’s fee scales with ad spend the way Teikametrics’ does, so if the 3% override is why you are leaving, this is a lateral move. What it buys is depth — intraday optimization via Amazon Marketing Stream, hourly share-of-voice and organic rank, competitor search-term data, and on Growth a named Client Success team with tailored onboarding and check-ins. If account-manager churn was the complaint, this is the upgrade path, not the escape.
6. Amazon’s own Campaign Manager — the zero-platform-fee floor
Amazon Ads charges no monthly fee and no upfront fee for Sponsored Products; you pay per click, and set bids, targeting and daily budgets yourself (advertising.amazon.com, checked 2026-07-28). Every dollar you hand a PPC platform should beat what this does free.
That matters most under roughly $5K in monthly spend, where a $275–$695 platform fee eats a large share of the budget. Running one month natively as a control costs nothing.
Also considered: Pacvue is the enterprise like-for-like for multi-retailer media, but publishes no pricing — its /pricing URL returned 404 on 2026-07-28.

Scorecard
Scores use the 8-dimension rubric applied across this site, on published documentation and pricing rather than a controlled benchmark. Out of 5.
| Tool | Accuracy | Ease | Depth | Automation | Team Fit | Support | Pricing | Stage Fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scale Insights | 4 | 3 | 5 | 5 | 3 | 3 | 5 | 4 |
| Ad Badger | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 4 | 3 | 3 |
| Seller Labs Ad Genius | 4 | 4 | 3 | 3 | 3 | 3 | 5 | 4 |
| Helium 10 Ads | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 3 | 3 | 4 |
| Perpetua | 4 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 4 | 4 | 2 | 3 |
| Amazon Campaign Manager | 5 | 3 | 2 | 2 | 3 | 2 | 5 | 3 |
Where the scores come from. Accuracy: 5 for Amazon’s console as the source of record, 4 for the third-party tools, which all re-report the same advertising data. Ease: 3 where you assemble the logic yourself (Scale Insights’ stacked rules, Amazon’s manual bids), 4 for the suggestion-driven tools. Depth and Automation: published feature surface and how much runs unattended — Scale Insights and Perpetua lead on 11 algorithm types and intraday optimization, Seller Labs is thinnest, Amazon lowest because you do the work. Team Fit: 4 only where seats or a named team are published (Helium 10’s 5 logins and 10 accounts, Perpetua’s Client Success team), 3 for the rest. Support: 4 where human help is documented (Ad Badger’s managed service and coaching, Perpetua’s Client Success team), 2 for Amazon’s self-service console, 3 otherwise. Pricing: rewards a bill that stays predictable as spend grows, so the free and $78 entries top it and Perpetua’s unpublished percentage sits last. Stage Fit: follows published entry price — Scale Insights, Seller Labs and Helium 10 reach Foundation and Growth budgets, Ad Badger and Perpetua start above most Foundation ones, and Amazon is a floor for every stage rather than a complete answer for any.
How to choose
- “The 3% override is the problem.” Go to Scale Insights ($78/mo, priced by ASIN) or Ad Badger (flat within each band). Both break the link between ad budget and software bill.
- “I spend under $10K a month and $149 still hurts.” Seller Labs Ad Genius is free for your first $30K in Amazon sales, and Amazon’s native console is free at any size.
- “I want a person to answer.” Ad Badger sells managed service and coaching; Perpetua Growth assigns a Client Success team. Both cost more than Teikametrics Essentials.
- “I need DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud.” Only Perpetua offers both, and neither on a published entry price — AMC reporting sits on its custom Premium tier, and DSP is a separate product mapped to no plan.
- “I already pay Helium 10.” Platinum to Diamond adds Ads for $180/month more on annual billing, with nothing extra below $20K of monthly PPC spend.
Before you switch
Three things do not travel with you.
Refunds Recovery. Every Teikametrics tier includes it, and none of the six alternatives replaces it. Helium 10’s Managed Refund Service is included on Platinum at a 15% fee and on Diamond at 10%, with nothing published for Enterprise (helium10.com/pricing, checked 2026-07-28) — a commission on money you recover. ReimburseOps inverts that: a flat $19/month Pro plan and a permanently free tier, with the site stating “No commission, ever.” It audits Seller Central CSV exports you upload rather than connecting to your account, and does not file claims for you (checked 2026-07-28). Commission wins when you recover little; flat wins when you recover a lot.
Your rule history. Negatives applied at campaign and ad group level live in Amazon, so they stay. Rules, blacklists and harvesting logic built inside Teikametrics do not export.
Your baseline. Record 30 days of ACoS, TACoS and total spend in Amazon’s console before you disconnect anything — several reviewer disputes above turn on whether performance changed after a switch, and none had a clean before-number. Our Amazon ACoS guide covers the denominator, and the Amazon PPC and advertising hub tracks the wider category.

Does Teikametrics have a free trial? Yes — its pricing page offers a free trial on Essentials and advertises 30 days (checked 2026-07-28). Scale Insights also offers 30 days without a credit card, limited to one product in one country; Seller Labs offers 14 days plus a free revenue band.
Which Teikametrics alternative works for DSP? On Perpetua’s pricing page, intraday optimization via Amazon Marketing Stream belongs to Growth — $695/month plus a percentage of ad spend above $10K — and AMC reporting sits on the custom-priced Premium tier; DSP is sold as a separate product that page maps to no plan (perpetua.io/pricing, checked 2026-07-28).
