The short answer: for an Amazon seller, this comparison ends at the integration list. Spocket sells an Amazon connection — but not on the plan it advertises. Read cell by cell on 2026-09-01, spocket.co/pricing marks “Amazon dropshipping” as not included on the $39.99 Starter and the $59.99 Professional plans; it first switches on at Empire, $99.99/month, or $57/month billed annually. Zendrop offers no Amazon connection at all: its integrations page, checked the same day, lists exactly four — Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop, ClickFunnels — and its US fulfillment page frames Amazon as the thing you compete with, not sell on. If you sell on Shopify or TikTok Shop, the comparison is genuinely close and Zendrop is the cheaper side of it. If you sell on Amazon, only one of these two is even in the running.
This page compares the two on the four things that actually differ: channel support, real monthly cost, shipping claims, and what 155 public reviews say about each. Single-vendor detail lives elsewhere — see our Spocket review and Zendrop review for the full picture on each platform on its own.

The channel question settles it for Amazon sellers
Zendrop’s dropship integrations page is titled “Dropship Integrations for Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop & More.” On 2026-09-01 the word “Amazon” appears zero times on it, as do “eBay” and “WooCommerce.” The page closes with “More coming soon,” which is a roadmap statement, not a shipping feature.
Amazon does appear twice on Zendrop’s US 3PL page , and both times as a competitor rather than a channel. The header reads: “Get Amazon-like delivery speeds with our US-based 3PL services or connect directly with our fast-shipping suppliers.” The FAQ is blunter: “Zendrop’s US 3PL lets users compete with Amazon Marketplace without any of the downsides. By keeping traffic on your website, you can better monetize with email and other marketing strategies to increase the lifetime value of each customer” (checked 2026-09-01).
That is a coherent product position — it is just the opposite of what an Amazon seller wants. Zendrop is built to help you sell on your own storefront instead of the marketplace.
Spocket takes the other side. Its integration menu lists Amazon alongside Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay and eight more, and its Amazon integration page answers the shipping question directly: “Yes, with most suppliers based in the US & EU, Spocket ensures fast shipping, typically within 2-5 days, for Amazon stores” (checked 2026-09-01). The catch is which plan turns that on, which is the next section.
One curiosity worth naming, because it will show up in your own searching: Spocket publishes a page at spocket.co/integrations/zendrop headed “Find Trending Zendrop Products with Spocket,” inviting you to “Source Products from Zendrop’s US and EU inventory.” Zendrop’s own integrations page lists no Spocket connection. Treat that page as marketing copy targeting the search term, not as evidence the two platforms connect.
What each actually costs (checked 2026-09-01)
Both vendors price by feature set, and both discount heavily for annual billing, so headline numbers mislead in both directions. These tables were read cell by cell off each live pricing page on 2026-09-01.
Spocket — no permanent free plan. Every paid card carries the line “Pay only after the 7-day trial.” The annual tab drops the Starter card entirely, so annual billing starts at Professional.
| Spocket plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | Amazon dropshipping | Products |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39.99/mo | not offered | Not included | 25 unique |
| Professional | $59.99/mo | $24/mo (Save $432) | Not included | 250 unique + 25 premium |
| Empire | $99.99/mo | $57/mo (Save $516) | Included | 10,000 unique + 10,000 premium |
| Unicorn | $299.99/mo | $79/mo (Save $2563) | Included | 25,000 unique + 25,000 premium |
Two structural notes. First, at $57/month billed annually, Empire is $683.88 for year one — our arithmetic on Spocket’s published per-month figure, and 2.5x the advertised entry price. Second, Spocket’s own tooltip on “Multiple store support” reads: “A separate subscription is required for each store to access all features and VIP support.” An Amazon plus Shopify operation is two subscriptions, not one.
Zendrop — permanent free plan, but the pricing page marks only 2 of 14 listed features as included on it (Access to 1M+ Products and 24/7 Support). The other twelve, including Automated Fulfillment, Custom Branding and Unlimited Orders, are marked not included.
| Zendrop plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | Automated fulfillment | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/mo | $0/year | Not included | “Limited access”; 2 of 14 features |
| Pro | $49/mo | $399/year | Included | No $100 order credits, Academy, POD, Zendrop AI |
| Plus | $79/mo | $549/year | Included | All 15 listed features; marked Most Popular |
The pricing page also states “Downgrade or cancel anytime,” and on 2026-09-01 it was still displaying a promotional banner reading “65% off · Ends Aug 31” and “65% off Plus Annual plan for your first year ($357 savings!)” — a stale end date on a live discount. Zendrop discounts often enough that a list price is a starting point, not a quote. Check the banner on the day you buy.
The cost comparison an Amazon seller faces is therefore not $39.99 vs $49. It is $683.88 for year one on Spocket Empire versus no Amazon option at any Zendrop price.
Shipping: two different promises
Both platforms sell speed, but they are promising different things, and the difference matters when a customer asks where their parcel is.
Spocket promises supplier geography. Its claim is that most suppliers sit in the US and EU, producing delivery “typically within 2-5 days” for Amazon stores. Spocket does not operate the warehouse; the supplier does. Your delivery time is the supplier’s delivery time.
Zendrop promises its own warehouse. Its US 3PL page states: “With our US 3PL, you’ll experience no order volume limits and same-day fulfillment with average delivery times of just a couple of days,” and its FAQ claims “a 99.98% confirmed delivery rate across 5 million products shipped. We offer same-day or next-day fulfillment for all orders from our own warehouses and use reliable carriers like USPS and UPS” (both checked 2026-09-01). Zendrop also runs a separate China 3PL service, so not every catalog item ships domestically.
Read together: Zendrop’s number is more specific and is backed by infrastructure it controls, which also means a Zendrop outage is your outage. Spocket’s number is a supplier average across a marketplace, which spreads the risk and dilutes the guarantee. Neither figure is independently verified here.
What 155 public reviews say
Our corpus holds 95 Spocket reviews (60 Trustpilot, 25 Chrome Web Store, 5 G2, 5 Capterra) and 60 Zendrop reviews (all Trustpilot). These are third-party accounts, not our own experience, and negative reviews are self-selecting on both sides. The useful signal is which complaint repeats.
Both platforms’ dominant complaint is billing, not product. On Spocket the pattern is charges after an attempted cancellation:
“I started a free trial with the continuation of a starter plan of $39 a month, and they charged my card $99 TWICE the next day!” — Trustpilot reviewer, 2026-05-20
“Once I realized that most of their products are cheap and unbranded, I tried to cancel subscription and appeared that their interface has no such option, and the only way to cancel subscription is to request it via customer service.” — Trustpilot reviewer, 2026-01-30
On Zendrop the pattern is the trial-to-paid conversion:
“Without sending any prior email, notification, or warning, Zendrop charged me $59 a few weeks later directly through my Shopify billing.” — Trustpilot reviewer, 2026-07-09
Note that $59 matches neither of Zendrop’s current list prices, which is a reminder that promotional and legacy pricing circulate alongside the published table.
Where the two diverge is the second-biggest complaint. Spocket’s is catalog differentiation — reviewers repeatedly describe products they could source from AliExpress directly. Zendrop’s is fulfillment reliability, and it is more operationally expensive:
“There’s no trustworthy real-time stock and no info on how long items have been unavailable.” — Trustpilot reviewer, 2026-06-19
A 3-star reviewer describing four sourcing requests since November 2025 adds a pricing-stability problem: “I ran ads for two days before they randomly increased the price” (Trustpilot, 2026-01-07). The same reviewer, who signed off the original write-up with “0/5 stars”, later edited it up to 3 specifically because a named support agent resolved a complicated order — support quality on Zendrop is inconsistent rather than uniformly bad.
Two cross-checks worth having. One Spocket reviewer volunteers the head-to-head verdict directly: “their service is really overrated, and I would strongly recommend using Zendrop instead. They don’t rip you off, and their products are far better” (Trustpilot, 2026-03-05). And the same Zendrop review quoted above on stock accuracy also describes a plan ladder scaled by linked product count, including a $29 tier (Trustpilot, 2026-06-19) — the pricing page we read on 2026-09-01 shows no $29 tier and prices by feature set, so verify any tier structure you hear about second-hand against the live page.
How amzfinder scores the two
We evaluate every tool across eight dimensions: Accuracy, Ease of Use, Depth, Automation, Team Fit, Support, Pricing, and Stage Fit (see our scoring methodology ). This weighs documented capabilities and published pricing, both verified 2026-09-01, against 155 public reviews — it is not a controlled hands-on benchmark.
| Dimension | Spocket | Zendrop | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Accuracy | Unverified | Weak | Stock-accuracy complaints are specific and repeated on Zendrop; Spocket’s are about catalog overlap, not wrong data |
| Ease of Use | Strong | Strong | Neither platform’s interface is a common complaint |
| Depth | Moderate | Strong | Zendrop adds POD, sourcing requests, coaching and its own warehouses |
| Automation | Strong on paper | Strong on paper | Both automate order routing on paid tiers |
| Team Fit | Weak | Weak | Spocket bills per store; Zendrop is built for single-operator brands |
| Support | Weak | Mixed | Spocket’s support complaints are uniform; Zendrop’s split between AI-loop frustration and named-agent praise |
| Pricing | Opaque at the tier that matters | Transparent list, volatile in practice | Spocket hides Amazon behind tier three; Zendrop publishes clearly but discounts constantly |
| Stage Fit | Established Amazon sellers | Beginners on Shopify or TikTok Shop | Follows directly from the channel lists above |
Which one to shortlist
Shortlist Spocket if you sell on Amazon or eBay. It is the only one of the two that connects, and the real budget line is $683.88 for year one on Empire annual — not the $39.99 on the marketing page. Budget for a second subscription if you also run a Shopify store.
Shortlist Zendrop if your storefront is Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop or ClickFunnels and you want branding plus domestic fulfillment in one subscription. Pro at $399/year is the cheapest tier that automates fulfillment; Plus at $549/year adds the education and credits that beginners actually use.
Shortlist neither if the billing complaints are your real concern. They are the top theme on both platforms, in similar volume. Options with genuine free tiers or one-time pricing are covered on our Spocket alternatives and Zendrop alternatives pages, and the wider supplier field is in our top 100 dropshipping suppliers list.
Whichever way you go, place a real sample order before you spend on ads. Both platforms’ review corpora contain sellers who built a storefront around a product that turned out to be unavailable.
FAQ: Spocket vs Zendrop
Can you use Zendrop for Amazon dropshipping?
Zendrop’s official integrations page listed no Amazon connection when checked on 2026-09-01 — only Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop and ClickFunnels. Its US fulfillment page positions the service as a way to compete with Amazon Marketplace rather than sell on it.
Which is cheaper, Spocket or Zendrop?
For a non-Amazon storefront, Zendrop. Its Pro plan is $399/year against Spocket’s cheapest annual option of $24/month ($287.88/year by our arithmetic) on Professional — close, but Zendrop also has a permanent free tier for browsing. For an Amazon storefront the question does not arise: Spocket Empire at $57/month billed annually is the only option of the two.
Does Spocket have a free plan?
No. On 2026-09-01 its pricing page offered a 7-day trial only, with every card marked “Pay only after the 7-day trial.” Its FAQ states the trial “can be easily canceled anytime,” and separately that “you can cancel your Spocket subscription at any time without penalties” — reviewers dispute how easy that is in practice.
Is Zendrop’s free plan usable?
For browsing. The pricing page marks only Access to 1M+ Products and 24/7 Support as included; Automated Fulfillment, Custom Branding and Unlimited Orders are all marked not included on the free tier.
Which ships faster?
Zendrop makes the more specific claim — same-day or next-day fulfillment from its own US warehouses, “average delivery times of just a couple of days.” Spocket claims “typically within 2-5 days” through its US and EU supplier network. Both are vendor claims checked on 2026-09-01, neither independently verified here.
