This Sellerise review answers the buying question first: Sellerise is an all-in-one Amazon seller dashboard — profit and loss, reimbursement claims, keyword tracking, review tooling and PPC reporting under one subscription — and it runs from $19.99 to $599.99 a month on monthly billing, read from the pricing data behind sellerise.com/pricing on 2026-08-25. The trial is 7 days, and the vendor’s pricing feed reports no credit card is required to start it. It fits private-label and wholesale sellers who would rather run one dashboard than five subscriptions. One thing to settle first: if you typed seller rise into Google, not every result you got is this product.

Pricing, tier contents and feature lists in this article were read from Sellerise’s own pages and its public pricing data on 2026-08-25. This is a capability assessment built from official pages and public pricing, not a hands-on test — we hold no paid Sellerise account and nothing below is our own measurement.

TL;DR

  • What it is: a web dashboard, iOS and Android apps, and a free Chrome extension covering profit and loss, ABC analysis, payouts, PPC reporting, keyword and review tools, and Amazon reimbursement claims.
  • Price (USD, monthly billing, checked 2026-08-25): Starter $19.99, Growing $39.99, Advanced $99.99, Pro-Seller $299.99, Top-Seller $599.99. Trial is 7 days, no card required per the vendor’s pricing data.
  • The tier that matters is the second one. Reimbursement tools — the feature Sellerise markets hardest — are switched off on Starter and switched on from Growing at $39.99.
  • Reimbursements carry no success fee. The pricing FAQ states: “Unlike most companies, we do not charge any percentage/extra fees to reimburse you” — the structural difference from recovery services that keep a cut.
  • The Chrome extension is free and uncapped for basic research; the deeper version (full sales history, variation analytics, Buy Box history) does not appear until Advanced at $99.99.
  • Collaborator seats are thin at the bottom. Starter and Growing include zero; Advanced includes 2. Extra seats are $10 each per month.
  • Best for sellers who want profit accounting and reimbursement claims in one place. Skip it if you need product research to launch, a repricer, or bid automation.

Sellerise vs SellerRise Agency: sorting out the name collision

Search seller rise and the first page mixes at least three unrelated things: the software vendor Sellerise, an Amazon full-service agency trading as SellerRise, and Amazon’s own new-seller onboarding material. AI answer engines currently blur them together, which is why the distinction belongs at the top of a review rather than buried in it.

Sellerise (sellerise.com) is software you subscribe to and operate yourself. You connect a Seller Central account, and you get dashboards, alerts and claim tooling. Nobody runs your account for you.

SellerRise Agency is a service business, not a product — the managed-account model, where a team takes over listings and advertising for a monthly retainer. As of 2026-08-25 the domain carrying that name, sellerriseagency.com, serves a hosting-provider placeholder page rather than a live site, so a searcher who lands there gets nothing either way. We link neither the placeholder nor an agency we have not evaluated.

The practical test is what you are buying. Software has a per-month price list you can read before you talk to anyone; agency work is quoted. If the page you are reading offers a consultation call instead of a pricing table, you are not on Sellerise.

What Sellerise actually covers

Sellerise is unusually broad for its entry price, and the breadth is the point of the product. Grouped by the job, its published toolset covers four areas.

Money. A sales and profit dashboard, a full profit and loss statement, manual adjustments for costs Amazon never sees, ABC inventory analysis, payout reconciliation, a Subscribe & Save dashboard, and daily per-product heatmap analytics — all on every plan including $19.99 Starter (checked 2026-08-25).

Recovery. Three separate reimbursement tools: a reimbursement dashboard, inventory-and-shipment claims, and an FBA fee overcharge checker. These are the tools gated to Growing and above.

Traffic. A PPC dashboard, Keyword Tracker, Keyword Hunter Pro, Keyword Re-Ranker Pro, a bulk Keyword Processor, and Search Query Performance insights. The keyword tools are quota-metered rather than gated: 20 tracked keywords on Starter, 1,000 on Advanced.

Reviews and listings. A review dashboard, a review downloader, an automated Review Requester, Smart Alerts for listing changes, and an Adult Checker that flags products classified as adult.

What is missing is as informative as what is there: no repricer, no bid-management automation (Sellerise describes its PPC tool as a dashboard “showing a detailed overview of your PPC activity”), no supplier sourcing. Sellerise reports on and reclaims money from a business you already run. If your bottleneck is finding a product to sell, that is a different category, mapped in our analytics and reporting workflow .

Sellerise pricing: five tiers, and what each step buys

Top-Seller$599.9920300,00010,00012Early access to new features, event discounts

Read from the pricing data served to sellerise.com/pricing on 2026-08-25; all five published plans bill monthly. Overages are sold as add-ons rather than forcing an upgrade: $2 per 1,000 extra orders, $20 per extra seller account, $10 per collaborator, $1 per 100 tracked keywords, $2 per 10 review-dashboard products (all monthly, checked 2026-08-25).

Two things about that ladder matter. First, capability barely moves after Growing — from $39.99 upward you mostly buy counters, seats and accounts, which makes the add-on menu the cheaper path for a seller who has outgrown one number but not the rest. Second, a “seller account” means a region, not a marketplace. The pricing page’s own note reads: “One unified account includes US, CA, MX, BR or EU, UK, TR, EG, IN, SA, UAE, ZA or SG, AU, JP stores altogether.” One seller operating across that eight-market EU, UK, TR, EG, IN, SA, UAE, ZA group needs one account, not eight.

Worth flagging: that note lists SG, AU and JP, while the FAQ’s marketplace list on the same page names 20 markets and includes none of the three (checked 2026-08-25). Two vendor statements on one page disagree, so confirm your marketplace before paying.

The reimbursement claim, and the tier that turns it on

Reimbursements are Sellerise’s loudest selling point, and its pricing FAQ makes an unusually specific promise: “Unlike most companies, we do not charge any percentage/extra fees to reimburse you.” Most FBA recovery is sold on contingency — a specialist agency or service finds the discrepancies and keeps a percentage of what Amazon pays back. Sellerise’s model is a flat subscription instead, which changes the arithmetic completely once recoveries get large: a percentage model scales with your losses, a subscription does not.

The catch is the tier map. All three reimbursement tools are off on Starter and on from Growing (checked 2026-08-25), so the cheapest plan that delivers the headline benefit is $39.99 a month, not $19.99. That is still low against the category, but it is the number to budget with.

The honest caveat: a self-serve claim tool and a managed recovery service are not the same work. Software surfaces discrepancies and helps you file; a service files, escalates and chases. Our GETIDA review covers the contingency side, and sellerboard is the closest rival on the profit-dashboard side.

Where Sellerise undercuts a research suite

The comparison sellers actually make is against a full suite, so it is worth putting the profit-reporting question side by side.

ToolEntry price, monthly billingWhere full profit and loss reporting sits
Sellerise$19.99Starter — the entry plan (checked 2026-08-25)
Helium 10Free plan, then Platinum $129 ($99 on annual billing)Platinum carries limited profit reporting only; complete P&L arrives at Diamond, $359 monthly / $279 on annual billing †

† Helium 10 figures per our tier reference, read from helium10.com/pricing on 2026-07-18; verify current pricing before buying. Our Helium 10 review maps its tiers in full.

The gap is real but narrow. Helium 10 is built around finding and launching products, and its profit reporting is an add-on to that job. Sellerise inverts the priorities: accounting and recovery are the product, research is the lighter side. A seller who already knows what they sell, and wants to know what they earned, is paying suite money for shelfware.

The second undercut is the Chrome extension. Sellerise publishes it as free with “Unlimited Free product searches”, surfacing a performance overview, a customer review summary, a supplier match list, a listing quality score and a market overview on any Amazon product page (checked 2026-08-25 on sellerise.com/chrome-extension ). The paid step up — full sales history, variation-level analytics, top converting keywords, price and Buy Box history — appears only from the $99.99 Advanced plan. Free to try, expensive to max out, nothing in between.

Sellerise scorecard

Scores reflect a capability assessment of official feature pages and public pricing data (checked 2026-08-25) against our 8-dimension scorecard methodology — judgment from public evidence, not a lab benchmark.

DimensionScoreWhy
Accuracy3.0 / 5Unproven from outside: no published methodology for the profit figures or the reimbursement detection, and no independent benchmark. The P&L is only as good as the manual adjustments you enter.
Ease of use4.0 / 5One dashboard plus iOS and Android apps on every tier, and a free extension needing no subscription. The friction is breadth: 20-plus separately named tools to learn.
Depth4.0 / 5Deep on the money side — P&L, ABC analysis, payouts, manual adjustments, Subscribe & Save, heatmaps. Shallower on keywords: entry tiers meter you to 20 tracked terms.
Automation3.5 / 5Smart Alerts, an automated Review Requester and an FBA fee overcharge checker run on every plan. Nothing acts on price or bids: no repricer, and the PPC tool reports rather than optimises.
Team Fit2.5 / 5The weakest dimension. Starter and Growing include zero collaborators, Advanced includes two at $99.99, extra seats $10 each. A three-person team is priced out of the two cheapest plans by seats alone.
Support3.0 / 5Support runs through in-app chat; the pricing page publishes no hours or SLA. Personal onboarding starts at Pro-Seller, $299.99. Unverified from outside.
Pricing4.0 / 5$19.99 for full profit and loss is aggressive, and no-commission reimbursements undercut contingency pricing at scale. Marked down because the marquee feature starts at $39.99, not the advertised floor.
Stage FitFoundation and GrowthSized for solo and small sellers: 1,000 orders a month at Starter, 5,000 at Growing. The two enterprise tiers serve multi-account operators, but collaborator ceilings suit owner-operators more than departments.

Who should buy Sellerise, and who should not

Buy it if you run an established private-label or wholesale business, your bottleneck is knowing your real per-product profit, and you want reimbursement claims inside the same subscription rather than through a service that keeps a percentage. At $39.99 for the tier that includes recovery, one successful claim cycle can cover a year.

Do not buy it if your job is finding products to sell — the free extension helps you browse, but the paid depth is priced for existing sellers. Skip it too if you need a repricer or automated PPC bidding; neither exists here.

Think twice if you work with a VA or a partner. Zero included collaborators on the two cheapest plans is the sharpest edge in the pricing model, and $10 per seat per month on top of $39.99 changes the comparison against rivals that include users.

Check first that your marketplace is covered: the FAQ lists 20 markets, a note on the same page adds three more, and the two do not agree.

How to make the 7-day trial decisive

Seven days is short, and no card is required to start it, so plan the week before you sign up.

  1. Reconcile one closed month against your own books. Enter real cost of goods and every indirect expense, then compare Sellerise’s profit and loss with the number your accountant produced. No vendor page can answer this one for you.
  2. Run the reimbursement scan before day three. It needs the Growing tier, so pick that plan at signup if recovery is why you are here. Count the claims it surfaces that you had not already filed — that is the number that justifies the subscription.
  3. Test the seats and the marketplace, not the features. Add the collaborator you actually work with, and confirm your Amazon regions connect as one account — structural limits that feature-browsing never reveals.

FAQ

How much does Sellerise cost? Five monthly plans in USD: Starter $19.99, Growing $39.99, Advanced $99.99, Pro-Seller $299.99 and Top-Seller $599.99, read from the pricing data behind sellerise.com/pricing on 2026-08-25. Add-ons extend any plan: $2 per 1,000 extra orders, $20 per seller account, $10 per collaborator.

Is there a free version of Sellerise? The Chrome extension is free and advertises unlimited product searches with basic performance, review-summary and market data. The dashboard is subscription-only, with a 7-day trial the vendor’s pricing data reports as requiring no credit card (checked 2026-08-25).

Which plan includes reimbursements? Growing at $39.99 and above. All three reimbursement tools — the dashboard, inventory-and-shipment claims and the FBA fee checker — are off on the $19.99 Starter plan (checked 2026-08-25).

Is Sellerise the same as SellerRise Agency? No. Sellerise is self-serve software with a published price list; SellerRise Agency is a managed-service business under a similar name, and as of 2026-08-25 its domain serves a hosting placeholder page. That collision is why “seller rise” returns such mixed results.

Which marketplaces does Sellerise support? Its FAQ names 20: the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, India, South Africa and Ireland. A note on the same page also references Singapore, Australia and Japan, so verify yours directly (checked 2026-08-25).
