Only three credible Rithum alternatives publish a price at all: Zentail from $300/month, Flxpoint from $799/month, and Sellercloud from $1,349/month — each figure taken from the vendor’s own pricing page and checked 2026-08-24. Feedonomics, Linnworks, Extensiv Order Manager and Logicbroker are quote-only, which makes them no more transparent than the platform you are leaving. And nothing on this list replaces all of Rithum at once, because Rithum is three products in one contract.
This comparison is written by nobody who sells a competing platform. Every price below was read off the vendor’s own page on the date shown; where a vendor publishes nothing, this page says so instead of repeating a number from a round-up.
Why This List Looks Different From the Ones You Have Already Read
Search for Rithum alternatives and most of the comparison pages you land on are published by companies that sell a competing platform. That does not make them wrong, but it does explain two recurring distortions.
The first is the phrase “Rithum is expensive.” Nobody outside a signed contract knows what Rithum costs. Checked 2026-08-24, rithum.com/pricing/, rithum.com/plans/ and rithum.com/pricing-plans/ all return HTTP 404, while rithum.com/request-a-demo/ returns 200 — the site is built to route pricing questions into a sales call. What is documented is the fee architecture: a recurring subscription or service fee plus a variable GMV fee at a percentage stated in your SOW, with possible upfront, startup, setup and launch fees (rithum.com service descriptions, checked 2026-08-14 for our Rithum review
). “Expensive” is a marketing word. “Percentage of GMV, rate not published” is the fact.
The second distortion is the shortlist itself. Generated answers for this query tend to name tools that solve adjacent problems rather than the same one, so the list reads plausibly and replaces nothing. Fixing that starts with separating what Rithum actually does.
What You Are Actually Replacing: Three Separate Jobs
Rithum is the merged product of three companies. CommerceHub announced its new name on December 12, 2023, describing the company as “the culmination of several commerce companies like ChannelAdvisor, Dsco, and Cadeera coming together” (rithum.com blog, dated December 12, 2023, checked 2026-08-24). The same announcement claimed more than 40,000 companies as customers, $50B in annual GMV, reach across 420+ marketplaces and retail sites, and over $500M in managed digital marketing and retail media ad spend.
That history is why a single swap rarely works. Three distinct jobs sit inside one contract:
- Marketplace listing and order operations — the inherited ChannelAdvisor job. List and price a catalogue across Amazon, eBay, Walmart and dozens of regional marketplaces, sync inventory, pull orders back. This is the crowded part of the market, and the part where alternatives are genuinely comparable.
- Retail dropship and supplier networks — the inherited CommerceHub and Dsco job. Being a supplier inside a large retailer’s dropship program, exchanging EDI-grade order, inventory and shipment data with that retailer’s systems. Far fewer vendors do this, and the retailer usually has a say in which one you use.
- Retail media and paid search management — advertising spend managed on the same platform.
Before you compare anything, write down which of the three you actually use. Most Amazon-first sellers evaluating a switch use job one, touch job three lightly, and have never used job two — in which case the shortlist widens considerably and the budget drops.
Rithum Alternatives at a Glance
This table is not ranked; it lists what each vendor publishes. Entry prices are the vendor’s own published starting figures on the date shown, not quotes for your volume.

The Candidates, Checked Against Their Own Pricing Pages
Zentail — the cleanest price benchmark
What it replaces: job one. Marketplace listing, catalogue management and order flow across Amazon, Walmart, eBay and similar channels.
Pricing: Base is listed as “Starting at $300/month” and Pro as “Starting at $2,000/month”, both marked “Annual contract”; Enterprise is contact-us. The page states “We offer annual contracts” and notes that “Final pricing is based on annual sales” (zentail.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-24).
Why it matters here: that last note means Zentail also scales its price with your sales — but it publishes the entry point, so you can hold a Rithum quote against a real number instead of a rumour. Our Zentail review covers the platform in more depth.
Limitations: annual commitment at both published tiers, and no dropship-network capability. It is a marketplace platform, not a CommerceHub replacement.
Flxpoint — the closest thing to the dropship half at a published price
What it replaces: parts of jobs one and two. Supplier and channel connectors, inventory sourcing rules, order routing to suppliers or 3PLs.
Pricing: Business is “$799 / month”, or “$699 / month” billed annually at “$8,388 Billed Annually” with a “12% OFF” annual discount; it includes 8 source and 2 channel connectors, 3,000 orders/month, 500,000 SKUs and up to 5 users. Pro raises that to 25 source and 5 channel connectors, 5,000 orders/month, 1M SKUs and up to 10 users, with pricing on request. Enterprise is custom. Onboarding packages run from “$800 (Kickstart)” to “$9,600 (Premium)”, and extra connectors are “$50/connector/month” (flxpoint.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-24).
Why it matters here: it is the only vendor on this list that publishes both a headline price and an onboarding fee range. That is the number most enterprise platforms hide, and the one that decides whether year one is affordable.
Limitations: the connector allowance is the real meter. Eight source connectors sounds generous until you count suppliers; at $50/connector/month, a 30-supplier operation adds $1,100/month over the Business allowance before anyone touches order volume.
Sellercloud — depth, at a published floor
What it replaces: job one plus warehouse operations.
Pricing: “$1,349/month”, footnoted “*Annual subscription based on order volume and add-ons.” The page also states that “Sellercloud shared Environment Only allows up to 100,000 Products and 100GB of Image storage”, and lists Skustack, Private Cloud, Enterprise Support and Custom Apps as separately priced items with no published figures (sellercloud.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-24).
Why it matters here: this is the deepest published-price platform in the category, and per-order pricing means your bill does not rise simply because your average selling price went up. That is the structural difference from a GMV percentage.
Limitations: the floor is high, the term is annual, and the add-ons that make it a like-for-like Rithum replacement are quote-only. If you are moving to escape a big number, $16,188 a year before add-ons is not obviously an escape. Our Sellercloud alternatives comparison ranks the cheaper end of the same category.
Feedonomics — the one that rules out revenue share in writing
What it replaces: job one, from the feed side — data quality, channel feeds, marketplace listing and order integration.
Pricing: not published. The page states: “Our pricing is customized for your business. Pricing varies by SKU count, channel type, number of channels, and service level, and we never take a percentage of revenue” (feedonomics.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-24).
Why it matters here: that final clause is the single most useful sentence any Rithum competitor publishes, because it addresses the exact mechanism buyers are trying to leave. It is still a quote-only vendor — you cannot budget from the page — but it commits publicly to a fee base that does not grow with your sales.
Limitations: quote-only, service-led, and a feed-and-integration specialist rather than an operations suite. There is no WMS and no dropship network here.
Linnworks and Extensiv Order Manager — like-for-like, equally opaque
What they replace: job one at enterprise scale (Linnworks) and multi-node order routing across warehouses and 3PLs (Extensiv).
Pricing: neither publishes a rate card. Linnworks quotes each account individually, tiered by monthly order volume rather than revenue percentage, with listing, WMS, forecasting and analytics billed as separate modules plus a one-time onboarding fee (linnworks.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-24). Extensiv’s Order Manager page carries no numeric price and routes to a demo request (extensiv.com/extensiv-order-manager, checked 2026-08-08); extensiv.com/pricing returns 404 (checked 2026-08-24).
Why they matter here: they are the honest like-for-like swaps on capability. Both are covered in more depth in our Linnworks review , Linnworks alternatives comparison and Extensiv review .
Limitations: you would be trading an unpublished price for an unpublished price. That is a defensible move if the complaint is support or rigidity; it is not a move that fixes budgeting.
Logicbroker and the dropship-network problem
What it replaces: job two — the CommerceHub and Dsco half.
Pricing: not published. The pricing page routes to “Book a demo” and “Talk to sales” with no tiers or figures shown (logicbroker.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-24). SPS Commerce is the other name that comes up in this category; spscommerce.com/pricing/ returns 404 (checked 2026-08-24) and we did not verify a published rate card elsewhere on that site, so treat it as quote-only until you see one.
Why it matters here: if you are a supplier inside a retailer’s dropship program, switching is not purely your decision. The retailer’s program often specifies which integration platforms it supports, and your connection has to be re-certified on the new one. Ask your retail partners which platforms they accept before you shortlist, because that list may be shorter than this one.
What the Popular AI Answers Get Wrong
Ask an answer engine for Rithum alternatives and the same three names tend to appear: Feedonomics, Webgility and ShipStation. Only the first belongs on a like-for-like list.
Webgility’s own homepage bills it as “Multi-channel Ecommerce Bookkeeping, Always On, Provably Right”, built around continuous posting to QuickBooks or Xero; the page describes no marketplace listing creation and no retailer dropship or EDI network (webgility.com, checked 2026-08-24). ShipStation’s homepage offers to “Manage orders, inventory, shipping, and returns in one intelligent platform” and integrates with marketplaces to pull orders in, not to build and price listings across them (shipstation.com, checked 2026-08-24). Both are useful pieces of software. Neither does job one, job two or job three, so neither can be the reason you cancel a Rithum contract.
The reason the wrong names stick is that generated answers summarise the pages that rank, and the pages that rank are mostly written by vendors describing their own product as the natural replacement. When the source corpus is self-nominations, the summary is a list of self-nominations. The same mechanism explains why the unverifiable “$2,000/month plus 2–3% of revenue” figure keeps resurfacing: it circulates almost entirely through pages published by competing platforms, and no Rithum page confirms it.
Two rules make the shortlist honest. First, only compare tools that replace the same one of the three jobs above. Second, treat any number without a vendor page and a date behind it as a rumour, including the ones on this page — every figure here names its source and the day it was read.
How to Price the Switch Honestly
A subscription comparison is the small half of the decision. Price these four things for every candidate before you sign anything.
The entry price at your actual volume, not the headline. Flxpoint’s $799 covers 3,000 orders/month and 8 source connectors; Sellercloud’s $1,349 is footnoted as volume- and add-on-dependent; Zentail’s final price is “based on annual sales” (all checked 2026-08-24). Three published prices, three different meters.
The onboarding fee. Only Flxpoint publishes a range ($800 to $9,600, checked 2026-08-24). Everyone else negotiates it, and on enterprise platforms it is frequently the largest first-year line item.
The fee base. Per-order pricing and per-GMV pricing diverge sharply as your average selling price rises. If your catalogue skews to high-ticket items, a percentage of GMV is the most expensive structure on this list — which is the arithmetic that sends most sellers looking in the first place.
The migration. SKU and kit data, historical orders, rebuilt listing templates and repricing rules, re-certified retailer connections, and a parallel-run month. Those land in the first quarter and never appear in a comparison table.

FAQ: Rithum Alternatives
What is the closest alternative to Rithum?
There is no single closest alternative, because Rithum bundles marketplace listing, retail dropship networking and retail media in one contract. For marketplace listing and orders, Linnworks and Sellercloud are the like-for-like swaps; for retail dropship as a supplier, Logicbroker and SPS Commerce are the category; Zentail is the closest marketplace-first platform that publishes an entry price ($300/month Base, checked 2026-08-24).
Which Rithum alternatives publish their prices?
Three of the seven on this page. Zentail publishes Base from $300/month and Pro from $2,000/month, Flxpoint publishes Business at $799/month, and Sellercloud publishes a $1,349/month starting price (all checked on the vendors’ own pricing pages, 2026-08-24). Feedonomics, Linnworks, Extensiv Order Manager and Logicbroker publish no numeric price.
Is Rithum the same as ChannelAdvisor?
Rithum is the company ChannelAdvisor became. CommerceHub announced the new name on December 12, 2023, describing it as several commerce companies — ChannelAdvisor, Dsco and Cadeera among them — coming together (rithum.com blog, checked 2026-08-24). Existing customers may still sign in through a ChannelAdvisor-branded portal while contracting with Rithum, so reviews of “ChannelAdvisor” and “Rithum” often describe the same platform at different points in its history.
Do any alternatives avoid a percentage-of-sales fee?
Feedonomics states on its pricing page that “we never take a percentage of revenue” (checked 2026-08-24). Sellercloud prices per order volume rather than as a revenue share (sellercloud.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-24), and Linnworks quotes by monthly order volume, and its pricing page states “Plans are priced on order volume, not revenue–no percentage fees, ever” (linnworks.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-24). Zentail publishes tier prices but notes that final pricing is based on annual sales (checked 2026-08-24). Get the fee base written into the contract either way.
Should I switch away from Rithum at all?
Only if the specific thing that hurts is fixable by a different vendor. If the complaint is the GMV percentage, a per-order platform fixes it. If it is support or implementation rigidity, check that the replacement is not sold with the same enterprise motion. And if you rely on retailer dropship programs, confirm with those retailers which platforms they accept before you shortlist — that constraint outranks price. Our Rithum review covers what the platform does well and who still has a reason to stay.
