Short answer: FindNiche is a multi-platform product research suite built on AliExpress, Shopify and TikTok data, with Amazon attached as a narrow extra. Paid plans are Basic $12/month, Elite $49/month and Premium $99/month, or $10, $35 and $59 per month billed annually, on top of a free tier (findniche.com pricing table, checked 2026-08-05). Two facts decide whether it belongs in an Amazon seller’s stack. First, Amazon is exactly one line in FindNiche’s own feature comparison table — “Product Search,” crossed out on Free and Basic — against seven lines for AliExpress and five each for Shopify and TikTok. Second, the refund policy states in FindNiche’s own words that “we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and delivered,” with one exception inside 24 hours of a first payment, and the page defines first payment as excluding “renewal, plan upgrade, or repurchase.”
This FindNiche review covers the modules, the verified price table, what the Amazon entitlement actually buys, the renewal terms, and what dated public reviews complain about. If your job is sourcing for FBA rather than dropshipping, start with the Amazon product research workflow instead.
What Is FindNiche?
FindNiche is a web app operated by FindNiche Inc, whose site footer states “We are part of ZINGDECK GROUP” (checked 2026-08-05). Its homepage headline reads “All-in-One Tool for Niche Finder, TikTok Analytics & AI Dropshipping,” and the sub-headline positions it as “an all-in-one tool for AI dropshipping sellers.” Its own FAQ describes the product more plainly: “FindNiche is a niche commodities analytics tool for dropshipping.”
The named modules, per findniche.com (checked 2026-08-05):
- AliExpress database — product and store search, top charts, market insight by category.
- Shopify database — store and product search, store tracking, an ads detector.
- TikTok analytics — TikTok product search, TikTok Shop search, top seller charts.
- Amz Chart — the Amazon section, discussed below.
- Ad Spy — ad libraries for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Tools — traffic calculator, supplier image search, AI Listing generator, multi-platform search, plus two browser extensions (AliNiche for AliExpress, ShopifyRaise for Shopify).
Database size is where the site argues with itself. The homepage advertises 77M AliExpress products, 10M Shopify products, 17M TikTok products and 79M Amazon products, alongside 321M Facebook ads and 339M Instagram ads. The FAQ, on the same domain, says the advantage is a database covering “more than two million AliExpress products with a massive 11,000 niches and more than 700,000 Shopify stores” (both checked 2026-08-05). Those are two orders of magnitude apart. Treat either as a marketing figure, not an audited count. The FAQ also states coverage of “40 countries” and hourly data updates.
One distribution signal worth noting before you evaluate anything else: the Chrome extension listed as “FindNiche - Shopify™ store traffic analysis” shows version 1.5.5, a 4.57 rating from 14 ratings, and 6,000 users, last updated 2026-04-28 (Chrome Web Store, checked 2026-08-05). That listing names its developer as sellercenter.io rather than FindNiche. The main site shows no sign of being abandoned — its footer reads “Copyright 2019-2026 FindNiche. All rights reserved.” (checked 2026-08-05) — so judge the product on its current feature table and terms, not on any assumption that it has been left to rot.
FindNiche Pricing (Checked 2026-08-05)
All figures below come from the plan comparison table on findniche.com, read on 2026-08-05. Elite carries the “Popular” badge.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | AliExpress/Shopify searches | Amazon product search | Ad Spy (4 platforms) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 5 per day | Not included | Not included |
| Basic | $12/mo | $10/mo | 50 per day | Not included | Not included |
| Elite | $49/mo | $35/mo | Unlimited | Included | Not included |
| Premium | $99/mo | $59/mo | Unlimited | Included | Included |
Search counts are not the only meter. The same table caps how many results you can actually see, and those caps differ by platform. In the AliExpress section, product display is 12 items on Free and 600 on every paid tier. In the Shopify section, Basic is still capped at 12 — the same as Free — and 600 arrives only at Elite. Store display is 10 items on Free and 300 on every paid tier for both platforms. Saved favourites run 20 / 20 / 500 / 800 across the four tiers, and the AI Listing generator runs 5 / 10 / 20 / 1,000 uses per day. TikTok product and shop detail pages are marked “No Ad Details” on Free, Basic and Elite — ad-level data on any platform is a Premium feature.
Three billing mechanics come straight from the FAQ (checked 2026-08-05): monthly subscriptions accept “credit cards only”; you cannot downgrade a plan directly (“please cancel your current subscription first, then resubscribe another one”); and you cannot update your card details directly either, with the same cancel-and-resubscribe workaround. For how this compares with the seat-and-limits model most Amazon suites use, see our seller tool pricing comparison .
Amazon in FindNiche: One Row in the Table
This is the part an FBA seller needs before anything else. In FindNiche’s own comparison table (checked 2026-08-05), the Amazon module contains a single sub-feature: Product Search. It is marked with a cross on Free and Basic, and a check on Elite and Premium. There is no Amazon row for rank history, fee maths, keyword volume, review analysis or storefront tracking, because those rows do not exist.
The 79M Amazon products advertised on the homepage sit behind that one search box.
FindNiche’s navigation does carry an “Amz Chart” entry, and it points to a page titled “Amazon BSR Products Research Analytics | AmzChart” (checked 2026-08-05). The same AmzChart brand runs as a standalone site, amzchart.com , headlined “Amazon BSR Chart Tool Boost Sales Up To 200%” and claiming 100,000,000+ monitored products across nine marketplaces, with BSR analysis, category insight, product tracking, reverse-ASIN keyword scout, an FBA calculator and a price-history browser plugin (checked 2026-08-05). AmzChart runs its own sign-up (“10 seconds sign up. No credit card required”) and publishes no prices on that page.
So the honest boundary is this: the Amazon depth an FBA seller wants is in AmzChart, and what a FindNiche subscription entitles you to is one Amazon product search feature. Do not buy an Elite or Premium plan expecting the BSR toolkit; check what the Amazon section gives your account before paying, and evaluate AmzChart on its own terms if that is what you came for.
Where FindNiche genuinely helps an Amazon seller is upstream of Amazon. Demand for a physical product often shows up in AliExpress order counts and TikTok Shop sales before it registers in Amazon search volume. Used that way, FindNiche is a discovery input; validation still has to happen on Amazon-native data.
What Buyers Complain About
The dated public record splits into three themes. Every quotation below is reproduced as written by the reviewer, with its platform and date.
Theme 1 — trial-to-charge disputes. This is the loudest and longest-running theme, and it spans years. A reviewer wrote on Trustpilot on 2021-10-21: “TL;DR : Good software but very shady business practices and policies.” That reviewer’s account is that a $1 trial converted to a $99.99 charge before the trial’s final day, and that the refund request was declined because, in the reviewer’s telling, support counted the $1 trial payment as the “first payment” that started the 24-hour refund clock. Another reviewer on 2022-01-19 wrote: “I got 3 days trial for 1 USD. I didn’t like it. Then, they deducted 420 USD from my card after 3 days without requesting their service again !” The most recent example is titled “$99 charged after cancellation – no response from support” (Trustpilot, 2026-01-23), where the reviewer states they cancelled before any successful payment and were charged anyway.
These are user accounts of billing disputes, not findings we have verified against anyone’s bank statement. What is verifiable is that the mechanism they describe matches the published policy, which is covered in the next section.
Theme 2 — support silence. The same reviews report unanswered support requests, one describing “multiple messages to customer service to correct this with no response” and noting the only channels are email and chat (Trustpilot, 2022-10-06). FindNiche’s own refund page asks for “a maximum of 48 hours” to respond.
Theme 3 — data quantity and freshness. A 2025-03-14 Trustpilot review reads in full: “They don’t have much data. Waste of money.” A 2024-12-02 reviewer wrote that “the data is not correct at all after having checked a few websites.” On the Chrome Web Store, a 3-star reviewer wrote on 2023-10-21: “It was better, but apparently live sales tracking has stopped working. Every time it updates it shows as if all the products in the store had been sold at that moment.” Reviewers on G2 also describe the subscription cost as high relative to competitors; that entry is an undated search-result summary rather than a quotable review, so treat it as a directional signal.
For context on the marketing side of the same business: FindNiche’s affiliate page advertises “300K+ Customers Tried FindNiche,” a “$500 Avg Customer Lifetime Value,” “at least 20% LIFETIME (recurring) commission” on each full-price payment, and the claim that “More than 80% of users who subscribed, decided to do so within the first 24 hours after registration” (checked 2026-08-05). A funnel optimised for same-day conversion is worth knowing about when you read the refund clause.
The Refund and Renewal Terms, Verbatim
From findniche.com/refund, checked 2026-08-05:
“As a SaaS provider, all products and services offered by FindNiche and its business units are non-tangible and irrevocable, so we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and delivered.”
The single documented exception: “In rare cases, we ACCEPT refund requests for the following reasons ONLY: Errors occur due to our system bug. Users are entitled to receive a full refund within 24 HOURS of the first payment.” The page then adds three notes, of which two matter most — “The first payment means initial payment with an identified account, It doesn’t include renewal, plan upgrade, or repurchase,” and “We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.”
Renewal is automatic and unannounced: “Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period without notice until you cancel.” Cancellation is self-serve via Profile → My Plan → “cancel the subscription,” takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the page states plainly that “no refund will be issued” for that period.
Read those clauses together and the 2021 reviewer’s account stops looking like a support failure and starts looking like the policy working as written: if a paid trial counts as the first payment, the 24-hour window can close before the full charge lands. Nothing here is hidden — but it means the free tier is the only risk-free way to evaluate FindNiche, and you should treat any paid month as non-refundable once it starts.
FindNiche Review: Our Eight Dimensions
We score every tool on the same eight dimensions (see our scoring methodology ). These scores are built from FindNiche’s published pages and terms (checked 2026-08-05) and the dated public reviews above — not from a controlled hands-on benchmark or a paid account.
- Accuracy — unverified, with a documented dispute. We have not benchmarked the databases. The site’s own two figures for AliExpress coverage differ by more than 30×, and freshness complaints recur from 2022 to 2025.
- Ease — a strength. Filter-driven search across four platforms in one interface, with browser extensions for AliExpress and Shopify.
- Depth — deep on AliExpress, thin on Amazon. Seven AliExpress sub-features versus one for Amazon, in FindNiche’s own table.
- Automation — limited. Shopify store tracking exists on every tier; there is no published alerting, scheduling or export automation for Amazon data.
- Team Fit — weak. No seats, roles or shared workspace appear in the plan table.
- Support — a weak point. Email and chat only, a stated 48-hour target, and unanswered-request complaints across four years.
- Pricing — cheap to enter, restrictive to change. $12 entry is among the lowest in this category, but you cannot downgrade or update a card without cancelling and resubscribing.
- Stage Fit — dropshippers testing products, not established FBA sellers. Best for someone sourcing from AliExpress to Shopify or TikTok Shop.
Who It Is For — and What to Use for Amazon Instead
Buy it if you are running an AliExpress-to-Shopify or TikTok Shop operation and want one subscription covering product search, store teardowns and (at Premium) four ad libraries. At $35 to $59 per month on annual billing, it undercuts most single-purpose ad spy tools.
Do not buy it as an Amazon research tool. One product-search row will not tell you whether a niche is saturated, what a unit nets after FBA fees, or how a BSR has moved over 12 months.
Comparable tools we have reviewed:
- Niche Scraper — the closest like-for-like: an AliExpress-to-Shopify research bot at a single $49.95/month tier, with its own published-pricing gaps.
- Minea — stronger if ad-signal discovery is the actual job; its credit meter and refund clause deserve the same scrutiny.
- Dropispy — ad-library specialist, useful when you want raw ad volume rather than a curated feed.
- Ecomhunt — a curated daily winning-product feed rather than a raw database; less depth, less risk of buying the wrong tier. Our Ecomhunt alternatives guide covers the wider field.
- ZonGuru — an Amazon-native suite, for the jobs FindNiche’s single Amazon row cannot cover.
For Amazon-native validation specifically: Keepa is the cheapest way to stop guessing on price and rank history, Helium 10 covers keyword and demand depth at Platinum $129/month month-to-month or $99/month billed annually, with full profit-and-loss reporting only from Diamond upwards (helium10.com/pricing, checked 2026-07-20; full write-up in our Helium 10 review ), and AMZScout sits between the two on price. If you only need a free overlay while browsing Amazon, the AMZBase Chrome extension shows ASIN, BSR, lowest FBA offer and FBA seller count on the page, calculates FBA fees to estimate potential profit, and requires no registration — a data-display layer rather than a research database, and free.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does FindNiche cost? Basic $12/month, Elite $49/month and Premium $99/month, or $10, $35 and $59 per month billed annually, plus a free tier (findniche.com plan table, checked 2026-08-05).
Does FindNiche have a free plan? Yes. The free tier allows 5 searches per day per module and displays 12 products or 10 stores per result set, with no Amazon product search and no ad libraries (checked 2026-08-05).
Can you get a refund from FindNiche? Rarely. The refund page states no refunds are issued once an order is completed and delivered, with one exception for system errors within 24 hours of a first payment — and “first payment” explicitly excludes renewals, upgrades and repurchases (findniche.com/refund, checked 2026-08-05).
Is FindNiche useful for Amazon FBA sellers? Only as a discovery input. Its Amazon module is a single product-search feature, available on Elite and Premium only; the BSR toolkit sits in the separate AmzChart product. Validate anything you find with Amazon-native data before sourcing.
What is the difference between Elite and Premium? Per the plan table (checked 2026-08-05), Premium adds the four-platform ad libraries and ad-level TikTok detail data, raises saved favourites from 500 to 800 and AI Listing from 20 to 1,000 uses per day. Both tiers include unlimited AliExpress, Shopify and Amazon product search.
