What AZInsight costs in 2026 (data checked 2026-08-07)
AZInsight , sold by asinzen, publishes two tiers. Starter is $7.95/month or $59.95/year. Advanced is $19.95/month, or $114.95/year on a “Special Promotional Coupon” price marked down from $149.95 and limited “For new customers.” The trial terms on the same page read “30-days free trial – Automatically Applied at Checkout”, “No credit card required to start your trial”, and “14-day money-back guarantee after your trial ends” (asinzen.com, checked 2026-08-07).
The tier split is the part that decides whether you need an alternative at all. Starter lists exactly four things: Hazmat Checker, 2 Free Sub-Accounts, Brands Notification Alerts, Seller Restrictions Checker. The Amazon FBA / FBM Profit Calculator, ScanEZ Mobile App Access, Stock Checker & Variations Viewer, Walmart WFS / FBM Calculator, ASIN Historical Data & Trends, the AsinZen Insight Google add-on and Sales + Revenue Estimations are all Advanced-only. So $7.95 buys a gating checker, not a scanner. The scanner costs $19.95, and that is the number every comparison below is measured against. The page also claims “8 Marketplaces Supported” and describes asinzen as an “Official Amazon Software Partner”.
Two published complaints are worth reading before you assume price is the problem. On the data: “Out of nowhere, the variation data is showing as N/A for every ASIN” (Chrome Web Store, 2 stars, 2026-06-10). On the trial: “After connecting it, after an hour, a message appeared saying that the free subscription had ended” (Chrome Web Store, 1 star, 2026-03-28). Today’s page says no card is required.
The four things that actually separate OA scanning extensions
Feature lists on these vendor pages are close to interchangeable. Four dimensions are not, and each one rules a different tool in or out.
1. Data source. Some of these extensions carry their own price and rank history; others read Keepa’s chart off the page. AZInsight is in the first camp — “Our Zengraph Plugin allows you to check ALL existent historical data for each product, it’s price, drops, and even rank” — and the word Keepa does not appear anywhere on asinzen.com’s homepage (checked 2026-08-07). A tool that depends on another vendor’s chart inherits that vendor’s outages and quota changes.
2. Scan speed and batch capacity. Speed is what every OA seller says they are buying and almost no vendor quantifies; only one page here publishes a number. Batch capacity is the more useful measure anyway: a tool that clears 3,000 rows of a supplier list overnight beats one that is two seconds faster per ASIN.
3. What the annual price commits you to. AZInsight frames its annual plan as “Price Lock — Guaranteed rate for 12 months” against a promotional first-year price. RevSeller is annual by default. SellerAmp gives two months free and keeps “Cancel anytime”. Seller Assistant changes your usage caps depending on which you pick.
4. Whether gating and IP checks are in the box. This is what AZInsight Starter exists to do at $7.95, and it is where the cheap options fall away fastest.

What it replaces: all of AZInsight Advanced, at the same money. You land on a listing, enter a cost, and get profit, ROI, eligibility and rank history in one panel. Best for anyone whose real complaint is that AZInsight’s useful half starts at $19.95 anyway.
Pricing: three tiers — “Getting Started $19.95/month, Getting Serious $29.95/month, Going Pro $49.95/month”, with annual billing giving “2 months free” and UK pricing available. “All plans start with a 14-day free trial and can be cancelled anytime” (selleramp.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-07). The homepage states the entry tier is not a stripped tier: “Every feature, every device, one price.”
The dimensions. Data source: its own “Sales & price charts”, plus “Buy box analysis” and an “Advanced search” the page describes as using “200+ criteria like sales rank and average price”. Gating: “Eligibility checks — Know if you can sell a product before you buy it. Restrictions and gating flagged”, on every plan rather than a paid tier. Coverage: “Available in 7 marketplaces — United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy”, against AZInsight’s unlisted eight. Batch: the weak spot. SellerAmp publishes a “Storefront search” and a “Smart search” that will “Analyse products on any website, not just Amazon”, but no supplier-list row cap. Seller Assistant — the one built for lists, not listings
What it replaces: the job AZInsight pushes into a Google Sheets add-on. Best for wholesale and larger OA operations where the bottleneck is thousands of rows, not one ASIN.
Pricing: Pro is $29.99/month, or $24.99/month billed annually at $299.99/year; Business is $79.99/month, or $69.99/month annually at $839.88/year; Business Plus is $189.99/month, or $159.99/month annually at $1,919.88/year; Agency starts “From $399.99/mo” with an annual contract. All plans carry a “14 day free trial” (sellerassistant.app/pricing, checked 2026-08-07).
The dimensions. Batch: the pricing table publishes caps by name — the row “Price List Analyzer, product scans / mo” gives Pro 3,000, Business 150,000 monthly and 300,000 annual, Business Plus Unlimited; the row “Bulk Restriction Checker, ASIN checks / mo” gives Pro 4,000 monthly and 6,000 annual, Business 20,000 monthly and 50,000 annual, Business Plus Unlimited. Note what that second row means: your annual choice changes your allowance, not just your rate. Gating and IP: Pro includes “IP-Alert® and VPN by Seller Assistant” alongside the bulk restriction checks — the most complete IP position on this page. Data source: it does not build its own history. Its site describes “Keepa charts” as “Price history and BSR trends in the Extension and Price List Analyzer. No separate tab.” Convenient, and a dependency AZInsight does not carry.
Where it is weaker. Price. Pro is 50% more than AZInsight Advanced, and its own description of the heavier features reads “Business tools preview: Repricer, Price List Analyzer, Purchase Orders, AI Supplier Finder, Seller Spy, Brand Analyzer & more with starter allowances” — a preview on starter allowances, not the full thing.
RevSeller — one job, one charge, no ladder
What it replaces: the profit calculator and the variation grid, and nothing else. Best for sellers who bought AZInsight Advanced purely for the maths and never touched the restriction checker.
Pricing: $99.99/year, presented as $8.33/month billed annually, or $19.99/month at checkout, with “30-day free trial. No payment information required” (revseller.com, checked 2026-08-07). One plan. Nothing to upgrade into, nothing to be moved off.
The dimensions. Price: the cheapest real calculator here — $99.99 a year against AZInsight Advanced’s $114.95 promotional first year, and against $239.40 if you pay AZInsight monthly. Data source: none, and it does not pretend otherwise. There is no price history, no rank chart, no sales estimate; it is an on-page calculator, ROI and margin display, FBA and MFN seller counts, and a variation viewer. Gating: nothing published. Coverage: the hard limit, from RevSeller’s own page — “The extension is currently available for use on the Amazon.com and Amazon.ca marketplaces.” UK and EU sellers can stop here. BuyBotPro — the only vendor that publishes a speed number
What it replaces: the analysis, plus a scored buy/no-buy verdict AZInsight does not give. Best for sellers who want the decision made for them, and who are willing to pay double for it.
Pricing: US tiers are Basic $39.95/month, Pro $54.95/month, Enterprise $129.95/month, or $33.29 / $45.79 / $108.29 per month billed annually, totalling $399.50, $549.50 and $1,299.50 a year, each with a “30 Day Free Trial” and “Unlimited Scans” (buybotpro.com, checked 2026-08-07). The dimensions. Speed: every tier card carries the line “FAST! Results In Under 7 Seconds”. No other vendor here publishes a figure at all, so treat it as a marketing claim you can hold them to, not a verified benchmark. Data source: the most explicit dependency in the category — “Yes! BuyBotPro reads and understands Keepa charts!” Batch: BuyBotWholesale, described as “Simply upload the price list to BuyBotWholesale and we’ll analyze all of the deals in full and then Email you when the results are ready” — asynchronous, no published row cap. Gating: an “Auto Ungating Feature” on every tier, plus Suspension Safeguard from Pro upwards, an appeals service no other tool here bundles.
Where it is weaker. Price, and the premise. Basic at $39.95 is double AZInsight Advanced for the same per-listing job, and its own FAQ narrows the scope: “BuyBotPro is not sourcing software although it does have an awesome manual sourcing feature to help you manually source your deals.”
Keepa — the data source underneath the others
What it replaces: the history layer, and the paid subscription some sellers keep alongside an analyser without noticing. Keepa’s price and rank chart is free on every Amazon product page, permanently, with no card.
Pricing: a single paid data plan at €29/month or €290/year, unlocking Product Finder, tracking, exports and the API. Note the sourcing: Keepa’s pricing page sits behind a bot challenge and could not be read directly, so those figures are cross-referenced from third-party sources and user accounts (checked 2026-07-28, the monthly figure better supported than the annual). The dimensions. Data source: it is the source, which is the whole argument for dropping to it. Speed, gating, verdict: none. You do the judging. If you run AZInsight Advanced mainly for “ASIN Historical Data & Trends”, the honest comparison is $19.95 against a free chart plus your own spreadsheet. At the free end there is also the AMZBase Chrome extension, which surfaces ASIN, BSR, the lowest FBA offer and FBA seller counts on Amazon search and detail pages with an FBA fee calculation, across 20+ Amazon sites, and whose store listing states “No registration / No login / All settings stored locally” (checked 2026-07-27).
What the price table hides
Annual billing is four different deals here. AZInsight’s $114.95 is a promotional first-year price marked down from $149.95 and offered “For new customers”, sold on a “Price Lock — Guaranteed rate for 12 months” — read that as a rate guarantee for a year, and check what renewal costs before the year is out. SellerAmp’s annual is two months free with cancellation still open. RevSeller’s is simply the price. Seller Assistant’s changes your scan allowances as well as your rate. Only one of those four is a straight discount.

Among paid tools, RevSeller at $99.99/year (about $8.33/month) is the lowest real cost, but it covers Amazon.com and Amazon.ca only and does no restriction checks. Which AZInsight alternative does not depend on Keepa? SellerAmp SAS publishes its own “Sales & price charts”, and RevSeller carries no history at all. Seller Assistant describes Keepa charts as built into its extension, and BuyBotPro’s page says outright that it “reads and understands Keepa charts”. AZInsight itself does not mention Keepa anywhere on its homepage (all pages checked 2026-08-07).
Which of these can analyse a supplier price list? Seller Assistant publishes the clearest numbers: 3,000 price-list product scans a month on Pro, rising to Unlimited on Business Plus. BuyBotPro’s BuyBotWholesale takes an uploaded list and emails results, with no published cap. AZInsight routes bulk work through the Advanced-only AsinZen Insight Google Sheets add-on. SellerAmp and RevSeller publish no list-analysis limits.
